  Bill and team have worked with our daughter to keep her body in balance and to rehab a sports injury. We trust them 100% and know we are in good hands. They work together to form a comprehensive plan to the individual needs. Highly recommend to all athletes.

  I started with Precision Fitness over 3 years ago to help my performance in triathlon. I learned how to properly execute a wide variety of strength and mobilization exercises which have kept my body healthy and ready to train. Bill and the trainers have helped me work through sore and tight spots to keep me injury free. I’m now focusing on building strength and muscle mass as my primary goal and couldn’t be happier with my results at Precision Fitness! The trainers are energetic, supportive, and always pushing me in a positive way. It’s also a really friendly environment. Whatever your goals might be, you can count on Precision Fitness getting you there.

  Bill is amazing. I came looking to boost my functional strength for triathlon competition. I am stronger than ever and I have learned proper form so I don't get injured. I also had a lingering shoulder injury and that is so much better I can rock climb now. Precision fitness has been a game changer for me.

  After 5 FAI hip surgeries and still living with pain on a daily basis I was thinking about going under the knife once more. I was fortunate enough to find the team at Precision Fitness and I haven't looked back since. I now have the mobility, strength and guidance to keep me moving for years to come. Bill and his team are amazing.
